Alova™heel supports

The supports minimize and/or ease the pressure on the areas of high risk of development of the pressure sores and pressure ulcers.

Positioners adjust to the patient’s body shape. They are made of Zyprex, visco elastic foam, fluid gel.

Gel heel support

  • Reducess pressure on the heel.
  • Lowers the risk of skin sores.
  • Minimizes the risk of skine overheating caused by friction.

Single patient mini heel support

  • Total support of the heel zone.

Foot lift splint with heel support

  • Total support of the heel zone. 
  • Orthopedic alignment of the lower limbs. 
  • Stabilises the ankle in plantar flexion to avoid the risk of equinus.
  • Slight foot tilt to facilitate venous return.

Heel Stabilizer

  • Visco elastic foam.
  • Casing included in the standard model.

Wide heel support

  • Relieves pressure in the foot area in line with the physiological axis of the lower limbs.

  • Stable and durable support for a person lying in the 30° lateral oblique position.
